You are invited to join a discreet gathering hosted by Ron Bucca Jr. and his FDNY family — together with The Forged Eagle Society — to honor and uphold his father’s ultimate sacrifice. Fire Marshal Ron Bucca, the only FDNY Fire Marshal to fall on 9/11 and a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, embodied the perfect symmetry of service: a warrior at home and abroad, in uniform and out of uniform, always rushing toward danger for the sake of others. In him, the two worlds we revere — Special Operations and First Responders — are forever forged together as one.

Operation Forged Response is The Society’s one-of-one pilgrimage — binding sacrifice to response, remembrance to resolve. From the sacred ground of the 9/11 Memorial to the “Horse Soldier” monument honoring America’s Special Operations Forces, this experience walks in tribute: honoring the fallen, saluting the first warriors into Afghanistan, and affirming our commitment to preserve their sacred legacy.

This is not merely an event. It is an invitation into legacy — a call to remember, a call to honor, and a call to ensure that the flame of heritage is carried forward for generations.

This journey is not the end, but the beginning of a rite — an annual pilgrimage of The Forged Eagle Society. Each September we return to sacred ground, not only to remember, but to reaffirm our duty to preserve the heritage and legacy of Special Operations. Mark the path ahead with us, as we look toward the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 — when we will gather again in even greater strength, to honor the fallen and carry their flame forward.
